For each trade-in order, only one old vacuum cleaner is supported, and multiple old vacuum cleaners cannot be included in a single order. However, a customer can place multiple trade-in orders for multiple old vacuum cleaners. For each new vacuum cleaner order, there is only one subsidy and cashback. The subsidy and cashback cannot be combined.
How do I correctly specify the SN (serial number)?
The serial number (SN) is located on the underside of the vacuum cleaner or inside the carton. Additionally, you can find it in the Roborock app by logging in and navigating to the main page. Click "Settings" in the top right corner, then select "Product Info" to find the serial number (SN).
How can I check the operating time of the vacuum cleaner?

How long does it take to get an online appraisal and an in-store appraisal?
